Insights
The Royal Ontario Museum is one of the largest museums in North America and the largest in Canada. It attracts more than one million visitors every year, making the ROM the most-visited museum in Canada.
In order to make that visit more user-friendly the web team took on the project to rethink and redesign the two most common use cases i.e. Buying Tickets and Buying Membership. When doing this project a list of things were taken under consideration to make the web experience as user friendly as possible.
This project was designed using figma.
